Furnishing, appliances, Wi-Fi and utilities are already in place, so you can arrive with hand luggage and settle in straight away.

Every property is let ready to use, with beds, seating, dining furniture and soft furnishings already in place.

Oven, hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and a full set of cookware, crockery and cutlery.

Washer-dryer or laundry facilities in each property, with changeover cleaning between every stay.

Broadband internet, heating, hot water and electricity are included in the nightly rate.

Bed linen and towels are provided and changed between guests, so you can travel with hand luggage only.

Off-street parking at selected houses, with self check-in instructions sent before arrival.

Gardens, courtyards or balconies at many of our properties, with seating for warmer months.

A written inventory and simple condition list keep expectations clear for both guests and owners.

Furnished living space, a working kitchen and comfortable bedrooms are the basis of every property we let.

Items that are not included as standard can usually be arranged before you arrive.

Available at family properties when requested in advance, at no additional charge.

Optional cleaning and linen changes for bookings of two weeks or longer.

Where a property has more than one space, extra vehicles can be accommodated by arrangement.

Reduced nightly rates apply to stays of four weeks or more at most properties.

Larger parties can be split across two nearby properties when a single home is not large enough.

Company invoices and receipts are issued for every booking on request.
