Chivale & Sons Ltd owns and operates residential properties for rental and temporary accommodation.
The company offers furnished houses and apartments for short stays, family visits, business travel and flexible residential use. Alongside hosting guests, we manage our own property portfolio and the letting activity connected with it.
Because we own the properties we let, the same team is responsible for the condition of the building, the standard of the furnishing and the experience of the guest. Maintenance is planned rather than reactive, changeovers are carried out between every stay, and a written inventory is kept for each home.
We take bookings directly. That keeps the process short: you tell us your dates, we confirm availability, the nightly rate and the terms, and you deal with the owner from enquiry through to departure.
